Biography:
Charles Brokopp is a Professor in the Department of Population Health Sciences. He received his B.S. degree in Zoology and Medical Technology from the University of Wisconsin- Platteville, and his MPH and Dr. PH degrees from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.. Dr. Brokopp is the Director of the Wisconsin State Laboratory of Hygiene. His research interests include the application of laboratory sciences to support public health and environmental health programs, as well as the development of information technologies to effectively manage and share laboratory and surveillance data to improve public health, environmental health and occupational programs.
