Sarah Linnan
Research Specialist
Sarah Linnan is a Research Specialist with the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute. She is
responsible for substance abuse prevention and treatment database development and data management for the
Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentives Grant and the Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and
Treatment grant programs. Sarah spent four and a half years with the State Bar of Wisconsin where she maintained
the membership database, created custom reports, and provided customer service to members, regulatory agencies,
and others who requested information. Prior to joining the State Bar, Sarah worked at Walden University where
she maintained student records in the school's database. Sarah has a B.S. degree in Communication Studies from
University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
