Ceri Jenkins, MPA
Project Coordinator

Ceri Jenkins Ceri Jenkins is the coordinator of the Evidence-Based Health Policy Project, a collaborative initiative of the UW Population Health Institute, the UW La Follette School of Public Affairs, and the Wisconsin Legislative Council. The project provides timely, non-partisan, high-quality information to public and private sector policy makers to inform their evidence-based decision-making.

Prior to joining UWPHI, Ms. Jenkins spent several years at the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. She served as a budget analyst and also as a lead program analyst for several initiatives related to the Wisconsin Works welfare reform program. Ms. Jenkins also worked at the Pew Charitable Trusts in Philadelphia as a Program Officer on the President's staff. Her professional experience includes policy analysis, program planning and administration, program evaluation, and implementation and management of social service programs for low-income families. Ms. Jenkins has a Bachelors degree in Public Policy from Brown University, as well as a Masters degree in Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs.
